Practical information
Time Investment
To gain the most from MBSR, a daily commitment of around 30 minutes is recommended. This includes formal practices like meditation and mindful movement, as well as integrating mindfulness into your daily life. While not mandatory, consistent effort is generally considered beneficial for maximizing the program’s effects.
