Tenzin van Iersel

I was born in 2000. At a young age, I became interested in the question “How do you develop a healthy mind in a healthy body and how can I support and inspire people in this regard?” Sports, nutrition, and meditation turned out to be important elements for me, and I have delved into all of them and continue to develop myself with enthusiasm and curiosity. I am now a certified Wim Hof trainer and have completed the mindfulness teacher training at the Center for Mindfulness. I am also a certified nutrition advisor and have completed the Personal Trainers academy at Milo. With Live Mindfully and InTenz, I offer my expertise and inspiration in many different forms to guide others in becoming the best version of themselves.

Ellen van Iersel

I was born in 1976. At the age of 20, I travelled to India in search of truth and adventure. There, I encountered Buddhism and participated in several Vipassana meditation retreats and Buddhist courses for two years. Since then, Buddhism and meditation have played an important role in my life.
In 2014, I completed the trainers program for the 8-week MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) mindfulness training at the Center for Mindfulness Amsterdam.
As a certified MBSR mindfulness trainer, I have trained many adults and young people. Sharing this training provided me with a deeper understanding of how the mind works and the challenges posed by our fast-paced, goal-oriented society. It also deepened my love for silence, nature, and the wisdom of the Buddha’s teachings. I now share this love by organizing and leading meditation retreats, silent walks, and spiritual journeys.
Since 2018, I have lived in Spain, where I co-created Kausay Community with others, a beautiful eco-community with retreat facilities in the heart of nature.
In addition to the above activities, I also provide Ayurvedic massages. Receiving a massage is a wonderful way to achieve deep relaxation, connect with your body, and find peace in your mind.
